The Caritas Czech Republic is against war and violence that brings only hardship and suffering to innocent people. The conflict in eastern Ukraine has claimed around fourteen thousand unnecessarily ruined lives since 2014 and affected lives of millions of od people. We condemn the act of aggression by Russia against Ukraine and its citizens, and we call upon all politicians to stand for a just and peaceful solution to this situation. We also declare that we are ready to help any potential victims.
